At Tesla I worked as a Customer Support Trainer for Tesla. I was responsible for the design and development of the New Hire Training program for the Technical Support Team for North America. Developed for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) in a classroom environment. Conducted Module Learning with customer scenario exercises, along with product knowledge training.
