I worked as a team member of the Engineering team for Celestica (Precision Machining Division) and I was responsible for improving processes within the production floor for all departments.
I learned how to read customer drawings to meet customer specifications, which allowed me to develop work instructions for new and existing parts.
Setting up HEMA Line
Designed and developed training program for all departments to meet ISO compliance and customer needs for Celestica (Precision Machining Division).
I facilitated HR and customer training programs. I worked closely with all managers and stakeholders from each department to create training based on learning objectives and role expectations
