During my tenure at the Social Service Agency, I played an instrumental role in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our training programs. Recognizing the pivotal role of education in ensuring effective service delivery, I spearheaded the development of training materials not just for the agency but also for broader, agency-wide initiatives.
A significant part of my responsibilities involved close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Together, we meticulously planned, developed, and implemented comprehensive training programs. These initiatives were designed to equip social workers with the knowledge and tools they needed to excel in their roles, ensuring they were up-to-date with the latest practices and procedures.
In the realm of digital advancement, I was pivotal in supporting the development of the Leadership Development Program's (LDP) SharePoint website. This platform became a central hub for leadership resources, ensuring streamlined access and a consolidated platform for all leadership development needs.
Additionally, leveraging modern e-learning tools, I designed and rolled out web-based training modules for Medi-Cal programs using Articulate Rise 360, thus providing a more interactive and flexible learning experience for our team.
Created 4 Web-Based Training Modules using Articulate Rise for upcoming GA cohort for January 2024.
Moreover, my role wasn't just limited to in-house training. I actively coordinated with external vendors to facilitate countywide training programs, ensuring a cohesive learning experience across different departments and stakeholders.
In essence, my time at the Social Service Agency was characterized by continuous innovation, collaboration, and a fervent commitment to elevating the standards of service through quality education and training.
